from what I can remember, the story went on like this:
the patient is hospitalized because of fracture. During his stay in the hospital, he noticed that so many things in there were made outside of Japan,, even the doctors are foreigners,, and he has a crush on the doctor responsible for him, who has long, blonde hair... one day when he was walking around in the hospital he accidentally saw that doctor giving blowjob to another doctor, who was also a foreigner (I think he's Indian)
