I'm looking for a specific manga I came across once but can no longer remember the name or mangaka. It's about a human who moves into an apartment for Youkai/ayakashi. The is a ghost girl in his living in his room, a giant foot in another room, a bakeneko, shadow demons under the floor that devour unwanted guests, a vampire like guy who collects dangerous objects and the manager appears to be a zashiki-warashi. The local youkai leaders (?) want to evict everyone in the apartment and pick fights with its residents. I don't know if it was every scanslated as I read the raws.

It's neither of those, though Youkai Apato no Yuuga na Nichijou is very similar. It's almost a shoujo-ish version of the manga I'm looking for.

Edit: After several long hours of searching amazon.jp I finally found it. Ashiaraiyashiki no Juunin Tachi.
