It's in a series of one shots, the specific one shot I'm looking for is a younger girl who has to share a room with her little brother in some relatives house there staying it. Long story short at night while they're in the room she does some experimenting (they have a bunk bed, if that helps any...). Her little brother wakes up during, they end up doing it. She tells him it's a dream so he'll go along with it. The girl is a loli and the brother is a shota. I'm pretty sure the whole series revolves around lolis.
