Can't really remember the details, but it was about a doctor who was sick with the flu and was at home resting, and after that a door-to-door salesperson came and tried to sell him medicine. He tried to decline but was persuaded I think.. I can't really recall what happens after that.. Oh, and it's yaoi, so yeah.

You're welcome ^_^ She happens to be a favorite manga-ka, so I have better recollection with her works. Otherwise, I'm pretty useless when it comes to these types of threads. 😀
