Alright, seriously, I am starting to take pity on Deidara. Yet again, his moves are figured out and he is beaten. Now all that is left is to see what his escape plan is.

Why did Atatsuki like that guy anyway. I mean I saw the flashback and how they recruited him. But the reason doesn't hold water in my eyes. He's a lame and he just gets beat up by everyone (incl. Gara, he just lucked out with the sneaky attack). I hate Deidara. >:-(

Did it cross your mind that if Deidara beaten Sasuke, would that prove that Sasuke is now worthy to finally defeat Itachi.
And
Also note that Deidara saw through Sasuke's Sharingan created Genjutsu with his own eye, which is not a fea that even some of the best shinobi could do.
So he deserves his place in Akatsuki.

True that, but he didn't develop that technique until well after he had already been accepted. And he still gets beat up all the time. And at this point wouldn't even be able to do anything if it weren't for the Zombie bros! He is a weak sauce.

This chapter continues my love of Naruto..great great fight...I love the ingenious ways the Kishimoto-san discovers to use the characters' existing abilities in new and clever ways (very Jo Jo) as opposed to the very lame DBZ, One Piece Bleach level power up at near death.
I can't wait to see exactly how this fight ends and more importantly what happens to the other characters who are all still in the same vicinity.
