Ok, I have been hearing about people eating dough (cookie dough mainly) and just wanted to know how common such a thing is, since it's kinda rare here.

I personally don't, have seen my bro do it, but he studies cookery.

It really depends on the type. I wouldn't want to eat some of the breads, they're nasty prior to baking.

But if my mom's there she'll slap my hand away XD She has a fear about raw eggs.
Although we only use eggs from our chickens now, and they aren't sick, so there's really no worry..

I eat cookie dough, mostly, but I sometimes eat bread dough, too, and of course, things like cake/muffin batter.

i havent really tried this,but i think its good,i've seen many people addicted :]
but im not really sure what it tastes like..probably like eggs with sugar or something?
and someone i know told me before that if you eat raw eggs you'll start to puke O.o

I'll try just about anything type of dough or batter. Some of my suitemates buy the things of pre-made cookie dough just to eat it raw when they get stressed. Personally, I'd rather make my own. My grandma will literally make cookie dough, stick it on cookie sheets and stick it in the freezer as a special treat.

I'd say dough is about the same flavor as when it's cooked except the texture is different. No egg flavor, just really sweet.

I never puked after eating raw eggs, but I guess it could happen. : /

I usually eat at least a little bit of whatever I'm cooking, regardless of the ingredients (I'm vegetarian, so no raw meat issues).

Some doughs certainly taste better than others; I don't normally just eat the dough but it has happened now & then. 😉

I've never gotten sick from eating raw eggs, but there is a danger of getting salmonella (which is no fun at all; I had it once in college from eating at the cafeteria 🤢 ).

Of course : D I luuuv having it with ice cream but I'll eat it plain too 😀 Tho freshly baked gooey cookies beat the dough, hands down.
