STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Members -> Search your username and note the series count.
2. User CP -> Add series -> Fill out the form with random data, or information of unscanlated oneshots.
3. Wait for an admin to reject the submission.
4. Repeat step 1.

OBSERVED RESULT

The series count is increased by 1. It reflects the number of both valid and invalid submissions.

EXPECTED RESULT

The series count should not be increased, as the submission is rejected. It should reflect the number of valid submissions.

While I could definitely see this as a bug, I'm hesitant to remove it. Someone's contributions, even if they aren't accepted, are still contributions. If someone starts to abuse the system, it'll become obvious and we can ban them. I'll keep this in mind, however. We definitely want to move to a more automated moderation system, and something like this will become more important.
