The main character have somes medical knowledge... and then hes parents from the "countryside" visit a hospital and encounter somes shaddy stuff.... then the director or owner of the hospital ask hes dad to become a doctor at their hospital but he refuse and at the end the dad get to be somes "affiliate" with that hospital name but still work in the countryside....

The MC did even make somes medicine to cure a kind of virus too....
