I read about this on Sankaku a few days ago.
I can imagine being given a verbal warning for this, but anything more than that is just ridiculous.
I have to admit a similar thing happened to me once facepalm
but I think the people walking past my house were so drunk they didn't notice me...

Oh yeah, being naked in your own home is exhibitionism, all right. Screw that prudish old woman, her son's packed the same damn way. If she has a child herself, it's not like she hasn't seen it before, either. The guy wasn't even in public, and he was making coffee, not jacking off or something. I have to say that you really shouldn't be naked in front of a window, everyone knows that, but this is just ridiculous.

Wow, What I wanna know is why was that old lady looking inside his home. I don't go walking around my neighborhood trying to get a glimpse of what people are doing in there home cause that's just wrong. If she felt disgusted for that then I'm disgusted at her for invading on someone's privacy.

hahahaha... i agree.. besides, like what mewnbrite said, why the hell is she looking through the window? maybe she is a peeping tom? the hell with her... i mean, what if somebody would look into her windows? didn't she even think about it? and yeah, the guy wasn't even jerking off in the first place.. maybe the guy has just wake up from sleep, so naturally he's nude. and beside its his own house.

If woman saw a man naked at home, the man got arrested for exhibitionism but if man saw a woman naked at home, the man also got arrested for peeping.
Today world is unfair with us male. 🙁
Maybe next time some guy would be arrested for being naked in bathroom cuz some girl peep him. 🤢

I am curious to know why they thought the law was violated in this particular case, since they went out of their way to say that being nude in your own home is not illegal or would give them probable cause. There's something they're not telling us.
