I can't completely remember if fl liked guy back in childhood but they meet again later in school and male lead is standoffish because he forgot about her. But could be the other way around where the ml lead forgot about her.
Only other thing I think I can remember about it is I'm pretty sure the male lead had black hair in it.
Hoping someone can help find it for me.
