I just read one like this. The main story in Star na Koi - the seme is a model who wasn't interested in anyone before, and then expresses his love in unusual ways.

Koi Shika Dekinaiyo - I think this one counts, too.

You could probably find this happening more often when the seme is younger.

Do you mean attracted in the sense that this person hasn't dated anyone at all or has never been in love? I can think of maybe one or two series where the seme plays around with women, but was never serious about them and doesn't fall "in love" until he meets the uke.
