Hi I need help finding a manga,

as far as I remember the story there was a group of 3 girls going into an empty building because of a challenge. Inside the building they disturb a homeless man who actually lifes there, he captures the girls and locks them in a room telling them not to run or he will punish them. One girl trys to run away gets captured and has to watch the other 2 getting punished. The two girls want revenge on her so the next night they hide and get out of their hidingspot when the first girl gets punished.

Thats what I remember can't find it anywhere, I also don't know if it is part of a collection or not.Hope someone can help me find it, thx in advance.
