I've been following the HM manga (up to ch 109) and recently heard about the anime. I would like to watch it, but not if it spoils the manga. I really don't want to watch any episodes which deal with chapters that I haven't read yet, but I can't tell if any of the episodes contain spoilers because there isn't much info out on the topic.

Can anyone please tell me if the anime gives away the plot of future chapters?

You won't get spoiled, the anime ends way before chapter 109.

It's actually an excerpt from the manga, it starts somewhere around chapter 20 and ends around chapter 80 (figures totally out of my head, I didn't check the exact chapters).
