I've noticed that lately more and more manga (etc.) gets licensed and have paid releases.
I've got a lot of manga's in my favorite lists that are unfinished. Most of the good manga get an official release, but they cost money and won't be added. However I don't know which series are continued by the license holder as mangaupdates doesn't provide the release.
Certainly with manhwa and manhua their is a problem. I'm sure around 50% of the ones that I read, have been licensed and are still being released. They aren't available on mangaupdates.

I hope that mangaupdates will add them in the future, so we can continue all our favorite series.
The paid releases could have a dollar symbol or written in bold, so everyone can see which one are free and which one not. I hope that it is still considered and that my suggestion isn't thrown in the garbage bin.

I think you can add them through User CP =>My control panel =>Add release.

I found your comment searching for how to add a release. I think the publisher must be added in "Groups" and the release date would be the release in English, but I'm not too sure.
