i don't think that was Ino, the guy called her Shiho. and Ino doesn't seem like the type to keep her hair as unkempt as that.

that's a disguise. moreover as soon as shikamaru leaves the room she start to fix her hair. and the lock on the front is definitely ino's.

i doubt it, the lock on Shiho has a part in that rises pretty far up her hair. while Ino's regularly doesn't. plus this Ino's not really someone experienced or suited for such a place either. she's never really been shown as the intelligence type. her role seemed more likely similar to Sakura as a medical nin. so i'm assuming this is possibly a new character.

yeah it was a pretty boring filler chapter but it was to be expected though. i mean everyone had a feeling that their would at least 2 to 3 chapters dealing with Jiraya's death this way. so it's not really a surprise, but more effort should have been made for it though. since the best part about the chapter is like everyone's saying, the 106 cm joke. 🤣

hmmm Kurenai's eyes have always looked like that actually. i dunno what might be special about them though. cause it's gotta be something unique since all the unusual colored eyes or such have something special to them.

Naw, I liked it too~ I mean, we can't always have fast paced action... that'll get boring really fast. Plus, it show's Naruto's growth as a character. well i didn't exactly love it but it wasn't that bad either. what you said is true those were some of the finer points of the chapter, but i think that goes along the lines for the sotry progression though. lately though the chapters have been going at a slow pace though, so you can sort of see why not everyone is willing to see the exact good behind this chapter. 😛
