Basically, a text field where scanlators can enter any comments they want. E.g.
-dropped
-not dropped
-on hiatus
-desperately need a cleaner or it won't go anywhere
-going to pick up soon
-out of raws
-wouldn't mind a joint partner
etc
Any info on the manga that the scanlator would like to be known publicly.
