i am actually trying to find a manhwa i believe i read but i cant remember the title

however i do remember the story

basically it a guy move to a new town which seems to be all right,
but he does found that the town is being controlled by a girl that basically have all the guys under her spell, eventually the girl is defeated and the whole town is exposed.

facts about this manga: the girl is a supernatural, uses ses to control and put the men under her spell.
the motive of the girl doing this is to prove that she is pretty while in fact she has a ugly face.
