Everytime i try to click on add to reading,wish or complete list it does not work,no matter how many times i have clicked
my Javascript is enabled so i can't think of what could be wrong cuz it was working last week

You can try just waiting a little bit, it could just be your browser being slow. It kind of happened to me, but just wait a bit and it'll show up that it's in _____ list.

I think it is your web browser, try another one. This site works best with FF, if your using IE you can't really see the icons to add a series to your lists (sometimes). Either try clearing up you cache or re-installing your browser, it has happened before. But I'm starting to think maybe your FF (if that's the browser you are using) hasn't been updated? Again just another possibility.
