Hey, does anyone know why certain chapters seem to be missing from the scanslations? For example, this is what the releases are after volume 9:

Ouran Host ClubVol. 10Ch. 41Scanslated by Puri-Puri Neko
Ouran Host ClubVol. 11Ch. 52Scanslated by Puri-Puri Neko
Ouran Host ClubVol. 9Ch. 40Scanslated by Puri-Puri Neko
Ouran Host ClubVol. 9Ch. 37Scanslated by Vampire Knights

Any idea why chapters 38-39 are missing? Also, how come chapter 52 is released but chapters 42-51 are not?

Maybe I'm just confused or I'm not looking for the right stuff... If so, please tell me where to find the skipped chapters. Not download links, or anything, but just who the scanslators are. 🙂

Puri-Puri Neko will be doing 42-52. They just said it on their latest release (41)

Obviously the skipped chapters are coz PuriPuriNeko took the project. Ordinarily i'd be pissed but i cant blame them, VK didnt release Ouran for a long time. We kinda cheated a little the last volume with the scans and were gonna drop it anyway. Now thankfully we only have to fill 2 chapters. before dropping. PPN is welcome to continue 😉

So I'm guessing that's why ch44 hasn't been released? Or am I just blind... ><

Me too.. Also i'm surprised that Ch44 is missing..

I just spend half my afternoon looking for ch. 44... Only found raws though. So PPN is going to do it, I hope?? pleaaaaaase ^^
