I think it goes something along the lines of "Ai Kara..." 😕
From what I remember, some of the oneshots were:
- A girl who admired her hobo-looking author uncle
- A boxer who tried to reconcile with his girlfriend
- A little boy who gets a crush on a high school girl
- A girl who has to write a speech about her senpai crush's graduation class
- A bunch of high school theatre friends try to get their director bestie together with the girl he likes
- A girl who really loves her friends and loves volleyball
- A guy who wants to die, a girl tries to help him commit suicide, and they end up swimming in a pool of pudding

Sounds like it might be Akai Mi Hajiketa.

Not the series you were looking for but I would highly recommend Love Letters From the World. It is a collection of the award winning stories submitted to the 1st Silent Manga Awards competition.
Its really good and is hosted online for free by the publisher.
