lunar eclipse

there's gonna be a lunar eclipse today, August 28, at 2:54 Pacific....i'm gonna try to stay up to watch it....anyone planning to catch a glimpse of it?
I'll wake up and start doing weird things, no weirder things.

the eclipse here is expected to start at 10 52 and end at 11 52, gonna stay up for it.

i'd like to see a blue moon, but on nasa homepage, they said that it's gonna be a bloody transformation......either way, this is probably the only interesting thing i can talk to me friends about my summer, lol...can't wait to take a pic of it 😀

Good luck with that. Maybe you first wanna look here, before you make seeing a real blue moon a lifetime goal. 😀
Lunar eclipses are normally red and they occur quite often. The total solar eclipse I saw, that was something special... sigh

I just looked through my son's binoculars and it IS red. It was just hard to see with all the city lights!

it is so COOL! all the phases leading up to the complete eclipse are awesome!.....after it's been completely covered, well, it got colder so i had to return back to my house.....my brother managed to capture some awesome shots though 😀

great weather then, cloudless sky, the moon is still hidden behind the shadow as i'm typing right now for that matter
