I think the image and the manga title that shows up doesn't match. I tried reading it but the art style of the image and manga is not the same.

Well the art style looks like MORIMOTO Kozueko so maybe you could go through that artists works?

Pretty sure it's Koudaike no Hitobito. There's multiple couples in the story, and only up to volume 2 has been scanlated, but your image is for volume 3 - maybe you'll see those characters later on. Also keep in mind that in some cases, the cover always looks the best compared to the rest of the manga.
