Seme: when the uke slept/fell into coma, he became his doctor to preserve his youthfulness(?)

Uke woke up after about 10-20(?) years and the seme is now a doctor

Btw, both are seke, the reason I called the uke 'uke' is because he became the uke at the end of the manga
