Espada are too weak for Aizen? What about Tousen? He is the biggest pansy ever. Zaraki totally owned him inside his own bankai.

most of the espada fights were awesome. but hell no Nr.1 is defeatet trough shikai?
ok i know from the power data that Gotei Division 1-4 far superior to the rest of the Divisions are....but really...

and the thing with hallibel/harribel my hopes are shattered.
i thought ok they kill nr.2, next one is nr.1...maybe hallibel has a better role/story...but thats just f***ed up.

i can see it clearly...

At this point, if the defeated espada(grimmjow, hallibel, and whoever else) are still alive, I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to join ichigo and fight against aizen.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Vasto Lord class espada are going to be introduced after this. I am thinking aizen managed to get them seeing as how he actually killed hallibel(well, she might survive the wound, after all, nel survived a slash to the head, whats a slash to the abdomen in bleach?)

anyway, this is just my 2 cents on the matter.

Wait, isn't Starrk a Vasto Lorde already? In that flashback, he and Lilynette already looked exactly like humans before Aizen approached them.

And wouldn't Barragan be one as well? Granted, he was a skeleton, but it was a human skeleton, and not anything that would look like a hollow.

If anything, they were just weak vasto lords. Aizen is going to need a very strong team of vasto lords to even scratch ichigo's new hollow transformation. At this point it is clear that ichigo is stronger then any of the espada, and so far all signs point to Ichigo's new transformation as being vasto lord class hollow.
