Please help me find this yaoi manga. Sorry for the vague description but I can't really remember much of what the manga was really about. I can only really remember one scene really clearly and it is of the whole family sitting around a table when the uke is really young (this is a flashback scene). The aunt and uncle of the uke really want to have a child and the uke has a brother so the head of the house says that this branch family should allow them to bring up one of their kids. The brother of the uke is really sad and doesn't want to leave his parents so the uke offers to be raised by his aunt and uncle instead.

There is also this other scene that takes place when they are kids but after these events when the younger brother comes to visit the uke and their grandparent's house and the grandmother tell the uke to give his younger brother his dessert since he wants it. The uke doesn't want to give up his dessert since his brother already ate his own but is told that since he is a guest under their roof that he needs to comply. Overall the uke has an inferiority complex about his younger brother.

Also, I am pretty sure the seme is a lot older then the uke is if that helps at all.

A few more details that might help is that the uke is dating an older guy I believe. The uke is the older of the twins with his brother. The uke has sort of an inferiority complex over his younger brother. And he was adopted by his aunt and uncle because they couldn't have children and his parents had two so the older twin offered to go with them so that his younger brother could stay with his parents.

Just want to bump this up since it has been a long time. Really hoping this helps and there is somebody who knows which manga I am talking about.
