Looking for a manga where the MC is playing a specific game, that's played by ruling as a king in your specific country and all the citicens are npc. You play it by giving out orders by using specific words. Then one day when he is playing he notice that the npc's are acting more like real people, and that his country got transported to another world.

Haven't read that much of it, but I remember that when he and two others are out scouting they find a village where there are half elves living in hiding from elves that are hunting them.
