I read this shoujo manga a while back and have been looking for it to read again! However I can't seem to find it. I use all the tags I can think of, in every combination! Maybe someone will know. It's about a high school girl with short hair and also she's short in general. She meets a tall guy who is dating some popular girl already. I remember at one point she sees them kissing. She doesn't like him and the three are friends. Somehow though, the main girl and the tall guy get back together. Also there is a scene where they are in the rain! It's a short series, maybe only a few chapters! Sorry this is really vague but I wanted to find again! Thanks!
