If we were to say best OST, I'd say the Eureka seveN OST. The first one over the second one...though the second OST does have some great pieces. Kanon and Byousoku no 5cm have great OST's as well =)

No, it isnt Witch Hunter Robin. And the premise has some witch power thing, but mostly used in a way to make the plot for El Cazador.

How does Lilium fit Elfin Lie? Granted, the tone fits in a way, but it's a latin recitation of a bible verse. The lyrics have nothing to do with anything that goes on in the anime.

Personally, I'd say my favorite intro would have to be either Cowboy Bebop's 'Tank!' or Samurai Champloo's 'Battle Cry'.
