I heard there was again a kiss scene between Ibrahim and suleiman in vol 10. I didn't read it yet so I can't be sure but well, it's a little too much... I have nothing against yaoi but I don't want suleiman to love Ibrahim. It's just...too weird. I'm reading this story because I want suleiman to fall in love with hurrem and to see their beautiful love story which happened in real life. But instead of that, I have Hurrem bearing the child of Ibrahim and Suleiman making advances to Ibrahim...meh
So what do you think of this development ? And what do you think of the whole story ?

Ottoman culture has a homosexual history. There are some who believe that Suleiman The Magnificent is gay (a gay site even listed his name there). And yes, there are rumours that he had shared the bed with Ibrahim. I'd say he's a bi if he likes Ibrahim and still sleeping with women. So it's not just purely fiction made by the mangaka.
With adding some spices here and there, I think the storyline will mostly follow what written in recorded history.
