I remember almost everything. The first chapter was about this boy who's wearing a kimono. He looked like a little girl. Apparently he was made to crossdress so that the ghost wouldn't get him. There were guests for his grandfather's funeral i think. But those guests were all momsters and were eaten by one other guest who the grandfather formed a contract with to protect the grandson.

Old school art. The story progresses and their neighbors die because they cut a tree that was occupied by supernatural crows which became followers of the grandson. The boy's father also died and was possessed by the monster that the grandfather formed a contract with.
