It's a manga with several chapters, the chapter I remember talks about a two guys in the rowing club. One likes his partner and in the end they have sex and (practically) get along.

Another manga would be (not sure if its the same manga or not): A guy falls in love with a foreigner who becomes his father's live-in apprentice (His name ends by O)
