There is a manga called deadlock another is called undergrand hotel. Both are talking about prison life. However, in Deadlock, one of the main characters is a CIA agent whereas the other one is FBI. For undergrand hotel, main guy is accused hence he ended up in the prison, the seme is someone who really committed a crime.
