I dropped it cause it seemed like too much of a tragedy than a love/fantasy story.
with all the lost limbs, vampiric transformations, and the whole main character being an evil fake that gets replaced by some new guy who's supposed to be syaoran, and then sakura being split in two, i started to get too much of a morbid feeling from the series and it tainted my opinion of the series as well as its prequel CCS

I will definitely start reading the series again, but i want to make sure that the story gets better so that when i catch up to the scanlations, i will get a better feeling from it.

Only thing I can tell you is that all gets explained, and it actually makes sense. Can't really help you about the drama, since it seems some kind of trademark until now.

I think you should... I have to agree that it was really depressing about what happened to the characters [atleast Mokona's fine phew]. It's getting pretty good now [no dying so far... I think]

that depend if u like the original Syaoran and original Sakura or the new pair that almost came out of nowhere, and personally i like the original so im reading and hope something good happen to them but so far, it's been very disappoint

I've very much so a fan of originals, no matter what it is, so I'm hoping for the original Syaoran and Sakura coupling =P
