Hi,

I read a manga al ong time ago and i dont remember the name or the character names but the plots goes like this:
boyfriend A is a cheating douchebag and cheats on boyfriend B with women. He gives one girl bf B's favourite shirt and thats the tipping point - Bf B packs up and leaves and Bf A comes home to an partially empty house.
Bf B is given a make over by his friends (the girls hate Bf A but the guys were friends with Bf A so the y have some contact with him).
they run into each other at te restaurant the groupd of them go to all the time - Bf A is drinking at the bar and Bf B came in with the friends for dinner.
Bf A starts to realize that he loves Bf B and is hurting etc
Follows/Meets him at a club and is crippled by an abdominal pain and everyone gets worried but it turns out to be sth minor. Bf A and B get back together and this time around, it Bf B hanging out late iwth the girls and calling Bf A to pick him up in his car (which is what Bf A used to do to Bf B)
