A guy and girl are best friends or something, and his friends say something about them either dating or not dating, and both of them deny it.

The guy is caught by the girl getting a BJ on the school roof or something... possibly by 2 other girls—or maybe one (everyone in the story is a student of a school, I think), and in retaliation, she has sex with the guy's other friend in front of him. It is offered to meet up for sex again, and while walking home the guy says he doesn't want the girl to go again (and apologizes for going behind her back). She cruelly replies that she's going to go again.

I hate the NTR genre so much (and am trying to quit porn), but trying to find this one stupid story to deal with it has been causing me to end up reading more, so I'm asking for help to find it.

Where did you read it? You read an english translation?

Yeah, it was in English (translation on a free aggregate site—has a "2" in the middle of the URL—so I don't know if it was official or not).

The site in question has tons of tags, but either thousands of results come up or the search results with a couple hundred returns or less never find it.

Almost seems like it was removed or it was uploaded while missing really obvious tags that should have been attached to it.

It's called Okujou Club by Freedom Prophet. Not a good one, though. I recommend Yuuzai desu from Seto Yuuki, similar story but more quality

The first one was it, thanks. It's not about quality, it's about confronting one that affected me badly and getting over it. I genuinely hate NTR.

I actually want to quit porn altogether; this is a step to being able to put one of those things that kept binging me back to rest.
