What I mean is is there a song out there that exactly summarizes a certain manga.

I'm not saying music that you listen to while reading manga, so much that when you hear that song you think of the manga.
There's another thread out there for that.

For example:
Musashi #9: Collide by Howie Day.
The song is in the perspective of the the male so that would be Shingo. The lyrics and the melody makes me think of this manga so much and the relationship between Nine and Shingo. Especially the line "even the best fall down sometime." Nine was a cold, ruthless agent but since meeting Shingo, she's soften and fallen in love. They are form two different worlds but against everything the two of them fell in love and their worlds collided.

Another one would be Hana Yori Dango: Beautiful Soul by Jesse McCartney
Domyouji "doesn't want another pretty face." He doesn't want "just anyone to hold." He wants Makino. He knows that Makino is "something special" and he'll be "always faithful". Makino is the "one he wants to chase, the one he wants to hold." Makino "might need time to think it over" but he'll still be there "moving forward" in their relationship, regardless of Makino's consent because he knows that Makino is still "at least his." If she "give him the change" he will "never make her cry."
And so one. I think we all get the point.
