I am looking for this manga that I read a long time ago. It involves this pair of twins who are like aliens or something like with crazy powers and the girl is trying to save the world and recruits people to do it while the brother is trying to destroy it. I remember something about wishes or getting a wish and these people had like their own guardian animals or something like that. Any help would be much appreciated
