I've been having trouble finding this certain yaoi or shounen ai that I read a long time back. I can remember small portions of it, but I'm not 100% sure on all of the details.

The uke's(?) hair is filled in black in the manga and he fell in love with seme(?) at some place. I remember the uke saying that he had a wife & a daughter but he quickly divorced them at some point. So, the uke is really devoted to the seme and does his best to help out (I think he quit his job too). At one point they're at the seme's family inn(?) but it's going out of business or having trouble with the funds-- the uke claims that he used to be a banker before he quit and help speak with whomever requested the inn's payment. The issue is resolved and the inn is no longer in trouble. Another male that's friends or work partners with the seme come along and grows an attachment to the uke and ends up confessing. However, he's rejected and the uke obviously shows that he's only devoted to the seme.

And that's all I can recall, I'm not sure how accurate it is-- but I've looked everywhere for it but I can't seem to find it. I'm in desperate need to find this treasure of a manga. Thank you!
