people pronounce manga as mainga? I do. I always make fun of them and say, "You mean mango right?"

So what about you? does it burn your ears when people pronounce manga wrong or do you not care?

I don't get it so often but yeah, it does happen every now and then I suppose.

But what I really hate is when people make fun of how you pronounce the Japanese names of anime and manga, we're not Japanese and I pronounce certain anime and manga with much difficulty so don't pretend you're better than me by insulting how I pronounce it.
Its like nerds insulting other nerds, that is pretty lowly isn't it?
