It would be good if they'd be a section for people making their own mangas and to take about it. I'm suggesting a "Amateur Manga" Section.

I disagree. Mainly because Manga is a term that applies to comics created in Japan, and nowhere outside. Why not just create a "Your Comics and Art" thread in General Chat?
