as the title says i want the ability to include and exclude authors when i advance search. sometimes authors have so many works that it get tiresome having to go through them all to check what they're about and if they have releases but if we added author search in the advanced search page we can add authors by either their name or their id # and also exclude them by putting the - sign in front of them like we can in categories.

Example: you want search for books by Naono bohra that are comedy and are completely scanlated.
So in the Genre section you check comedy for green, in the Author box you put Naono bohra or 744, in the Extended options section you check Only show completely scanlated manga.
Voila~
you now have a list of all of the titles that match what you want.

Example: you want search for horror books but you dont want junji ito.
So in the Genre section you check horror for green, in the Author box you put -Junji ito or -1934.
Tah-Dah~ you now have a list of all horror titles except for titles by junji ito.

EDIT: like tags but also unlit titles i want the ability to put in multiple authors and for it to show both authors works listed without them actually having to have worked on the same project.

so lets say i want to read yaoi and horror today.(v pretend the quote is a box for the names)
Authors:

Naono bohra
ike reibun
junji ito
cj michalski

i would see all of he works by those authors and those authors alone. it would render the - useless but also think of it as a mass use of the - sign except for the authors that are listed but - could also be used to remove a work that has another author on it from co-authorship and different writers and artists. so in a way it isn't actually a mass block on authors but in a way it is.

(i have no grudges or favoritisms to these authors i merely couldn't think of any other names to use. sorry if you aren't a fan of yaoi or horror but i hope you get the idea. just replace the genre and the author with your favorites and least favorites and its the same thing.)
