Don't listen to many female vocalists, but Régine Chassagne of Arcade Fire has a lovely voice. I also like Ann Wilson, of the band Heart. She has quite a good voice. And even though she's not too much of a singer, Angela Gossow of the band Arch Enemy is just awesome. Who said death metal was a boy's club? Oh! And I almost left out the single greatest female rock singer of all time:
