I found this image on tumblr, but the original poster deleted and although I did look through all of the tags, the only information I could find on it is that 1) it's a BL 2) possibly still unscanlated/translated and 3) possibly from an anthology.

If you even know the mangaka then that'd be a load of help! Since I do recognize the style but can't recall a name :-//
