I read this story a while ago... it's about a policeman who keeps doing stuff to this kid, because he used to be a delinquent. The delinquent didn't know that whatever the policeman was threatening him with didn't apply anymore. So the policeman was going to stop bothering the kid, but the kid had fallen in love with him, so he chains him down and has his way with him. Or something to that measure.
