Hello.
I am looking for Manga or Novels in the Isekai/RPG/Transported to Another World/Reincarnation/Transmigration genres. I do like it when the MC is overpowered, and that is preferred, but if they are not that is also fine if you believe the manga/novel to be good.
The one thing I will not budge on is that I want no romance or harem in the stories. I've gotten really sick all these stories with harems, which I only tolerate because I like these genres so much. I also don't want any romance. I just want the focus on either the main character or the plot/story.

The only one I can think of that vaguely fits (and you've probably read) is:
Overlord: Technically, he doesn't really have a harem, even though women are in love with him? The novel is good (although this links to the manga which I have not read, but I didn't know how to link the novel... but it's there in the other connected stories section), and I feel like it's more about the world building, and him being all powerful and destroying his enemies through his ignorance of the world situation. xD
However, there are side couple romances that do tie in with the story. It's not out of place, but because it is a romance... I'm not sure if you'll want to read it.

The Dungeon Seeker
It's a bit edgy, I haven't really read any of the later chapters so I won't say there isn't any romance but it's not Arifureta. Things do happen but the plot is very basic.

I'm also fond of Isekai stories, here are a couple that you might like, with no romance.
Worth the Candle: Web novel, western one. Very recommended. Some guy, who used to organize roleplaying sessions, gets transported into a world inspired by his own past creations. The MC is very much aware of all the cliches and tropes of the genre so he can be OP in some situations. There's some romance but it's minimal, not really the focus of the story, and eventually short-lived.
The Magineer: Web novel. Scientist/engineer gets transported to a fantasy world. There he manages to merge the magic system of the world with science. As yet, there's no romance, although there are hints of one that may come later on. Has been in hiatus for a few months now.
Chrysalis: Web novel. Guy gets reincarnated as a giant ant in a fantasy world. No romance, at all.
Room of Swords: Web comics. Some guy from the future (astronaut, with some robot pet), gets transported to a game-like world. Quite original, with an interesting story.
The Perks of Immortality: Web novel. MC is stuck in a reincarnation cycle, in a fantasy world (or maybe a simulation). With each death, he gets some abilities, but he also loses some memories. Very focused on survival, and his abilities aren't really OP. Still he's immortal, and gets much better with time.

Suprised nobody has brought up Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? yet. I haven't read the LN but I'm fairly sure there's no romance at all. The MC is pretty OP and I really like the way her level up/evolutions are portrayed by way of RPG-style selection screens.
Gaikotsu Kishi-sama Tadaima Isekai e o Dekake-chuu is another good one, the MC is OP as well and there's been no romance so far.

male MC got reincarnated as a slime, slime got a Mimic skill (transformation), then transform itself into a female but since slime was assumed to be genderless so the outer appearance is female but actually is neither a female nor a male.
Yes there are some fanservice because the slime usually sit on a female's lap so we see her breasts quite often, but it's not annoying.
Tbh I'm also not into harem but I can stand this one.

The Ride-On King Putin´s wife is dead in this universe (his RL kids arent´t mentioned) and the young adult women that end up traveling with him aren´t romantic interests. The age gap of at least 4 decades would make any romance beyond awkward, so one clearly won´t be build up. Putin can punch large monsters to death with no sweat, so the other criteria equally checks out.
I wonder if another manga/LN can fit the criteria as good as it... He even dies via truck, so it´s the most 2010s isekai thing ever (outside of harem topes and a teen protagonist).
The runner up has to be the Alice in Wonderland TV anime from 1983/84. It´s kind of the original isekai. Lol. All plot, no romance again.

I shouldn't add this to the list because there is some subtle romance shown near the end of the series but this is one of my favorite isekais Brave Story the novel not the manga, DO NOT bother with the manga.
MC is in no way op, and I will even say it seems more like a fantasy than an isekai story but the elements are there. Very shounen and also very heartwarming
