I'm pretty sure its a manga as well, but I first saw it as an anime. Its a group of animals that are friends, the main character is a cat, his best friend is a little white dog, they turn into people with the animal ears and tails. I can't remember the name of it, but the dog turns from a little white dog to a boy who grayish hair? I thought it was a more recent anime but I cannot find it. TIA
