I'm almost cure it's an isekai. Don't remember a ton about it, aside from his wives. There's a young, petit noble girl with a bit of a tsundere streak who opts not to let him use his magic to dull the pain when they consummate their relationship, a cat-girl who I think is something like a servant or slave before he marries her (she tends to always refer to him with "sama&quot😉, and the one I remember most, a particularly small-looking girl who is part of some large group that helps maintain order using their special powers. Her master adopted her after his own daughter died in a surgery that was supposed to give her eyes that can discern things like falsehood, which obviously she survived. She has a tendency to point and say "guilty" anytime someone lies around her. I'm pretty sure he saves her from an arranged marriage, and there's a long scenario where he goes to a city that's run by an extremely corrupt noble who does absolutely whatever he wants with his people, kidnapping them, abusing them, killing anyone that dares try to report him, etc. and gets away with it in part by controlling the member of the girl's group that was posted to the region.
