Okay so, like in the title says, I'm looking for this manga about a girl who is literally a clock. Like she is one of those big clocks that you find in the middle of parks or squares. She looks like a scarecrow. She's the clock of a small town and she always says the time loudly for everyone in the small town to hear. There's a part of the story in which she starts talking with a little boy who was playing near her but then she remembers that she can't get distracted because she might miss the moment to tell the time. She also meets a clock from another town, I think this one was a boy though. There is a sad scene in the manga in which she just appears alone crying in the entire panel.
