As you have been warned against doing it, if we discover a person still attempting to post a joke release here, that person will be dealt with. Severe action will be taken upon that scanlation group.

Some people seem to think this news post is a joke or something similar. I assure you, I am being totally serious. Don't take it lightly.

Got inside info that Forgotten Scans are going to release troll chapters as well. Just confirm before adding them.

basically every year before this warning was released. most releases on april 1st were jokes/fakes. then after posting the fake, people would report the fake to baka and the staff needed to go thru dozens/hundreds or releases to figure out which needed to be deleted.

You know what would be a really good april fools joke. If a group did an unrealistic mass release that totally looks fake but is actually real. basically... "Wow! look at all those releases!!! oh wait... its april 1st, no way all those releases are real..."

Do up a whole series (could be a 5-50 page series) over a year, get it ready for april first, and when you post it, have the 'credit page' up as 'April fools day, you really hoped eh?'

The joke would be on them cause if they didn't flip over to the next page, they'd be just frustrated not being able to see it was ACTUALLY THERE.
