User's time profile bug

Hi, so I just noticed the user time in my profile is wrong. I changed it in User CP to 0 GMT as I am in the UK, but it is still 7 hours behind. Changing it to +1 is properly +1 GMT, and is correct for the other times, but when I set it to 0 it is always 7 hours behind GMT. Is this intentional? If so how would I set it to show the UK time 😕 .
Edit: On the other hand it seems forum post time is correct.
